She is the founder of (Your) Designed Living where she supports women who are feeling overwhelmed to feel like they’re thriving. She uses gentle nutrition with creative yet flexible approaches for real life – because as she says “life is complicated enough but taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be”.
Commenting on the course, Katharine said “I really enjoyed the Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching course. It’s packed full of information which they’ve managed to tailor to multiple difference learning styles to help everyone learn, plus they also show you how it applies in practice – which of course is what you can once you graduate! It was a very busy year and although it was tough at times the IHS team were really supportive and always at the end of the phone, forum or email.”
